Psychedelia

Psychedelia is a collection of abstract works - an unusual detour for Martin Wojnowski, who rarely ventures into abstraction. Departing from his typically figurative and narrative-driven approach, this series embraces a more intuitive, expressive form of visual language where colour and movement take centre stage.

Each painting in the collection pulses with energy. Bold gestures, layered textures, and dynamic brushwork create a sense of constant motion. Beneath the surface of these multi-layered compositions lie hidden surprises - faces, figures, and ambiguous forms that subtly emerge through veils of colour and texture. These unexpected elements invite the viewer to look deeper, transforming the act of viewing into a meditative, exploratory experience.
